Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gavrilo Invoice ("the Service"), operated by Gavrilo Invoice LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid name and email address. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Be at least 18 years of age. The Service is not intended for minors.
  • Maintain only one account unless otherwise authorized by us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or any content that violates anti-spam laws.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or organizations.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its associated networks.

4. Prohibited Actions

In addition to the acceptable use restrictions above, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, or scripts) without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or the underlying systems.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including our code, design, and branding — are owned by Gavrilo Invoice LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all invoice data, client information, and content you create within the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your invoices, client information, or any other data you input.

6. Payments and Billing

The Free plan is provided at no cost. The Pro plan is a paid subscription at the rate posted on our Pricing page ($12/month as of the Last Updated date).

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro features until then.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gavrilo Invoice LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
